Getting to Know CIMB Niaga Sekuritas
In 2017, CIMB Group Holdings Berhad (“CIMBGH”) began a strategic transformation of its regional operations in the field of equity trading and investment banking.
As part of this restructuring, CIMBGH separated the Investment Banking unit from the regional equity trading activity.
In line with this initiative, CIMBGH established PT CIMB Niaga Sekuritas in 2018 as a specialized entity that operates Investment Banking in Indonesia.
The company is majority-owned by PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk.
With clear strategic guidance and strong institutional support, PT CIMB Niaga Sekuritas has a solid position to provide integrated investment banking solutions and value-added services to corporate, institutional, and sovereign clients throughout Indonesia.
