Rusly obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin, USA (1993) and a Master of Business Administration (in Finance and Strategy) from The Anderson School at UCLA, USA (2001). Currently Rusly holds a position as Business Banking Director at PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (CIMB Niaga), effective from April 22, 2022. Previously, Rusly has spent his career by joining various leading companies, including as Chief of Corporate Banking & FI and Chief of Transaction Banking at CIMB Niaga (2019-2021), as Chief Corporate Banking Officer at CIMB Niaga (2014- 2019), as Managing Director, Corporate and Investment Banking at Citibank, Jakarta (2005- 2014), as Head of Relationship Management, Corporate Banking at Rabobank International Indonesia (2003-2005), as Associate Mergers, Acquisitions and Corporate Advisory at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., New York (2001-2002), as Business Analyst, Business Connectivity Group at 3Com Corporation, California (2000) and as Assistant Vice President, Head of Indonesian Corporate Group at ABN Amro Bank N.V., Jakarta (1998-1999). In 2023, Rusly was also appointed as President Commissioner at PT CIMB Niaga Sekuritas. He is a holder of Level 5 Risk Management Certification.
Jefferi obtained the Bachelor of Arts degree (Economics) (First Class Honours) from Queen’s University, Canada in 1996. His career path covered a variety of field such as the Assistant Director – External Assistance Division in the Economic Planning Unit – Prime Minister’s Department (May-October 1996). Assistant Manager – Corporate Finance in RHB Sakura Merchant Banker Berhad (1996-2000), Head of Corporate Finance in BNP Paribas, Malaysia (2001-2010), Director-Global Banking in Citibank, Malaysia (2011-2012), Director – Head of Malaysia Coverage Investment and Capital Market Asia Pacific, in Credit Suisse (2012-2017). In 2017 Jefferi joined CIMB Group as the Deputy CEO of Investment Banking and further held the position of CEO of Investment Banking since 2019 and also the President Commissioner of PT CIMB Niaga Sekuritas.
Chialmi obtained Master in Professional Accounting degree (with Honors) from The University of Texas at Austin, Texas, United States in 1995 and Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance degrees (with Honors) from The Oklahoma State University, Oklahoma, United States in 1994. Started his career in Banking sector as Management Associate with Citibank, Indonesia, in 1996, Chialmi further joined variety of international financial institutions for 24 years in Corporate Banking and Global Investment among others Citigroup Indonesia and Swiss, Samba Finansial Group in UK and Qatar National Bank, Qatar. In 2017 Chialmi joined PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk., as Head of Structured, Acquisition and Syndicated Finance and as Head of Business Development since 2018 and then appointed as Commissioner of PT CIMB Niaga Sekuritas since 2020.
Nor Masliza is the CIMB Group’s Regional Head Investment Banking and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of CIMB Investment Bank Berhad primarily responsible for product advisory, solutions, execution and syndication under Debt Capital Markets & Syndicate, Equity Capital Markets & Syndicate, Convertible Bond Structuring, Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Project Finance and Loan Markets & Syndications. She has more than 25 years’ experience in the ASEAN capital markets, equity-linked products, derivatives and Islamic finance. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (Distinction) majoring in Finance and Accounting with a minor in Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and is a CFA charterholder.
Pandu graduated with Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Gajah Mada, Yogyakarta, in 1983, Master of Management from the Institut Pengembangan Wiraswasta, Jakarta, in 1997 and obtained a Doctorate degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Gajah Mada, Yogyakarta, in 2015. During his career Pandu has been actively working in various governmental positions, among others as the Expert Staff of Minister of State Owned Enterprise for Corporate Governance (2010 – 2013), Deputy Minister of State Owned Enterprise in Restructuring and Strategic Planning (2013 – 2014) and the Expert Staff of Minister of State Owned Enterprise for HR and Technology (2014 – 2015). Other than that, Pandu also held a position as the Compliance and Risk Management Director of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (2015-2016). In 2018 Pandu was appointed as the Independent Commissioner of PT CIMB Niaga Sekuritas and also Integrated Governance Committee in PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk. commencing 2019.
