Harry obtained a Bachelor of Economic degree from the Faculty of Economy of University of Indonesia, Jakarta, in 1989, and a Master of Science in Finance degree from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, the United Kingdom in 1997. Joined PT Bank Niaga Tbk. in 1990 under the Executive Development Program, Harry further started his capital market career as the Manager-Corporate & Project Finance in PT BZW Niaga Sekuritas (1991-1996), Assistant Vice President-Corporate Finance PT Bahana Sekuritas (1997-1998), Director-Investment Banking and further Senior Director- Group Head of Government Privatization in PT Danareksa Sekuritas (1998-2001), Associate Director-Corporate Finance in PT Bhakti Capital Indonesia Tbk. (2002-2003), Managing Director and further President Director in PT Mandiri Sekuritas (2003-2012), President Director in PT Maybank Kim Eng Sekuritas (2013-2014) and joined CIMB Group as the President Director of PT CIMB Securities Indonesia (2014-2018), and currently the President Director of PT CIMB Niaga Sekuritas since 2018.
Yuga obtained a Bachelor of Economic degree from the Faculty of Economy of the University of Indonesia in 1992 and obtained a Master in Economic Management degree from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila, the Philipines in 1996. Yuga started his career in capital market since joining in PT Danareksa Sekuritas as the Associate Director in Investment Banking Division (1996-2000), Vice President, Asset Management & Investment Division in PT Holdiko Perkasa (2000-2001), Group Head of Asset Disposal in Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA) (2002-2004), and further joined CIMB Group (2004-2018). Yuga holds the position as a Director of PT CIMB Niaga Sekuritas since 2018.
Martin obtained a Business Administration degree from the Goldey Beacon College, US, in 1996. Joining PT Bank Niaga Tbk. as trainee under the Executive Development Program in 2000, Martin started his career as the Manager-Corporate Banking in the same bank which further into PT CIMB Securities Indonesia as Head of the Debt Capital Market (2010-2018) before being appointed as the Director of PT CIMB Niaga Sekuritas in 2019.
Wayan is an Industrial Engineer from the Institut Teknologi Bandung graduated in 1990 and obtained Master of Business Administration degree from Adelaide University, Australia in 1995. During his career, Wayan is active in capital market since joining PT Danareksa Sekuritas with the last position as Senior Director-Investment Banking (1990-2002), Director in PT Mandiri Sekuritas (2002-2008), Director in PT CIMB Securities Indonesia (2009-2013), Director in PT Maybank Kim-Eng Securities (2013-2014) and rejoined CIMB Group as a Director in PT CIMB Securities Indonesia (2014-2018), Director in PT CGS-CIMB Securities Indonesia (2018-2020) and appointed as Director of PT CIMB Niaga Sekuritas since 2020.
